- A Comparative Market Analysis. This report lets you see what your home is worth compared to what has recently sold and what is on the market. If the CMA is done months in advance, another may be done before listing.
- Entry into the MLS, the best way to sell your home. Every Realtor in Spokane will see your home, plus it is emailed instantly to thousands of clients across the country looking for a home with your specifications.
- Beautiful pictures of your home are taken showing it in the best possible light. Nine pictures are submitted to the MLS (the maximum allowed) for the best visibility.
- A page on MorganNorthwest.com, with a complete catalog of pictures of your home, linked to the MLS. This page includes many pictures of your home and a detailed description that will show greater detail than the MLS can provide.
- A Showcase Listing on Reator.com, complete with Virtual Tour, full description, and the full allotment of pictures.
- Yard arm and sign with flyer box and custom flyers. Not the normal white almost-fallen-down post. The posts I use are treated, look good, and will never fall over.
- Advertising in paper publications, such as Homes & Land. This puts your home in the hands of buyers all over our local area. I put your home where I believe it will be most effectively seen.
- Open houses: Open houses can be a great tool in selling your home if the time, season, and conditions are right. I will discuss with you the best approach to open houses that will fit in your schedule and is good for prospective buyers.
- Constant Communication: You should know how the process is going. I will call you on a regular basis and let you know how many showings you have had, what feedback they have given me, and what we might do to better market your home.
My duty as a realtor is to market your home in the best way possible. Without people seeing your home, it will never sell. I will do my best to make sure your home gets noticed, viewed, and sold for the best price in the least amount of time.
